How To Apply For Wholesale
Becoming a Bluegrass Herbs wholesale partner is simple.
To apply, please email us directly at shopbluegrass@outlook.com with the following information:
- Business name
- Contact name
- Business address
- Website and/or social media links
- Type of retail business
- Intended sales environment (brick-and-mortar, online, market, spa, etc.)
Once received, our team will review your application and respond with next steps, typically within 2–3 business days.
Payment & Ordering
Bluegrass Herbs offers flexible payment options designed to make working with local and qualifying retail partners simple and straightforward.
Local In-Person Delivery
For local stores that qualify for in-person delivery:
- Accounts are payable upon delivery of goods.
- Payment can be made by cash or check.
- Card payments are accepted but may be subject to fees implemented by the cardholder. This payment method must be arranged in advance.
Shipped Orders
For orders being shipped:
- Payment must be received in full prior to shipping.
- Payment can be made via cashier’s check, business check, or card (card fees may apply).
- Shipping may be paid to Bluegrass Herbs or paid upon delivery to USPS.
Custom Orders
For any custom-ordered products, including products made specifically for your store, custom scents, or white-label orders:
- Accounts must be paid in full before production begins.
- No open balances are allowed for these orders.
- This ensures that all custom work is fully supported and that your order can be fulfilled efficiently and on time.
Additional Notes
- All accounts are expected to remain in good standing.
- Bluegrass Herbs reserves the right to hold future orders if accounts are overdue.
- Wholesale pricing is valid only for approved retail partners with an active account.
